La Paz, 27 de agosto (RC). – El presidente de la cámara de diputados, Víctor borda, indicó que la Ley Nº 1173 de Abreviación Procesal Penal promulgada en el gobierno de Hugo Banzer Suarez se modificó en 8 puntos y entrará en vigencia desde el 6 de octubre en algunos puntos.
El diputado Borda, explicó que los 8 puntos consensuados involucran la aplicación progresiva de algunos institutos jurídicos, la protección a las mujeres por violencia física y psicológica, a los niños, niñas y adolescentes entre otros que entraran en vigencia desde el 6 de octubre del presente año.
“Se están realizando modificaciones específicas, donde las cajas se unen a instituciones públicas que pueden expedir certificados médicos de violaciones o agresiones contra la mujer” manifestó Borda.
Por otro lado, Borda sostuvo que Mesa está continuando su campaña a pesar de anunciar que suspenderá su campaña por la situación en la Chiquitanía y pidió al Órgano Electoral que se pronuncie ante estas irregularidades.
