La Paz, 26 de agosto (RC). – El diputado Rafael Quispe, informó que los pueblos indígenas le pidieron que el gobierno declare Desastre Nacional al incendio en la Chiquitanía, en el departamento de Santa Cruz, para que pueda llegar ayuda de otros países e indicó que le solicitaron reclamar la abrogación del decreto supremo 26075.
“Yo soy diputado y tengo que cumplir en el ejercicio de mi función lo que mi pueblo me manda, ellos dicen hay que hacer juicio de responsabilidades a Evo y Álvaro por aprobar leyes y decretos supremos que permiten la deforestación en la Chiquitanía”, manifestó Quispe señalando que el desastre es mucho peor de lo que muestran los medios de comunicación.
Entre otros temas, Quispe calificó el enfrentamiento entre chóferes y vecinos como un hecho delictivo tras agredir a los ciudadanos y destruir bienes del Estado, considerando que el actor intelectual de la confrontación es el dirigente de los chóferes y candidato a diputado plurinominal por el Movimiento al Socialismo (MAS) Mario Silva.
