La Paz, 17 de enero (RC). – Tras la aparición de vídeos, donde se ve acciones de tortura y amenazas por parte del abogado cochabambino identificado como, Jhasmany T. L. junto a sus colaboradores hacia litigantes para resolver demandas de deudas, la nueva jefa de Bancada, Shirley Franco, pidió cárcel y detención preventiva para este abogado y sus ayudantes ya que los mismos no ejerzan la abogacía.
“Esperemos que el Ministerio Público obre y de una vez por todas se le dé la sanción”, aseveró Franco indicando que el Ministerio de Justicia debería pronunciarse respecto a este caso ya que hubo varias víctimas implicadas y sin embargo aún existe retardación de justicia en este y otros casos.
Franco manifestó que al abogado cochabambino de forma inmediata se le debe revocar licencia ya que lo que el mismo practicaba era el sicariato.
